Meditelle's onsite re-upholstery service ensures
that your equipment will not be out of service
for any length of time with all processes
carried out in the hospital/clinic with minimal
fuss.
Our trained upholsterer /technician will carry
out the full process on site providing a quick
turnaround time to ensure your equipment is not
out of service for very long.
The service has proved to be very popular and
has been received well by hospitals and clinics

The full re-upholstery service is very thorough
and includes removal of all existing upholstery
down to the bare frame ( this is important to
ensure any contaminated padding is removed along
with the top vinyl), plus an inspection of the
framework (e.g. to tighten all joints where
necessary). The old foam will be replaced with
high resilience anti-combustion foam and finally
your couch or chair will be re-upholstered in a
hydrophobic, anti-microbial vinyl fabric. |

re-upholster of your medical healthcare

Meditelle's onsite re-upholstery service ensures
that your equipment will not be out of service
for any length of time with all processes
carried out in the hospital/clinic with minimal
fuss.
Ensuring the safety of your equipment such as
medical couches, plinths and treatment chairs or
even operator chairs is vital. Re-upholstering
may be all that's required if you have any scrage marks or
slits in your couch or chair vinyl covering that
presents a serious infection control hazard.
Treating this quickly and efficiently with our
re-covering service limits the chances of
infections and keeps your equipment safe and
hygienic.
The Process
Our trained upholsterer /technician will arrive
on site with a mobile air compressor, staple
gun, foam padding and
vinyl material to carry
out the following procedure:-
• Carefully disassemble your table /chair and
remove all existing upholstery down to the bare
frame – this is important to ensure any contaminated
padding is removed along with the top vinyl
• Inspect the frame and tighten all joints where
necessary
• Replace all old foam with high
resilience anti-combustion foam
• Finally, re-upholster your couch or chair in
a hydrophobic, anti-microbial vinyl fabric (>we have large
selection of vinyl colours to choose from)

is specifically tailored for B2B ordering and
incorporates an interactive system which allows
you to build a detailed specification for each
equipment item required. All our medical
equipment products are available to order online
from
medical plinths,
clinic
chairs,
treatment couches
and
examination tables
to
seating
and
trolleys.
Once you have selected
your required products on our online facility
you will be given the following choices:-
● Secure Order with card payment
An Instant ordering facility with payment by
credit card on our secure server. With this
service we are able to commence manufacture
straight away on all online orders using this
method.
● Account Customer Online Order Log On
On-line ordering ‘on account’ for approved
customers; All approved credit account customers
will be issued with their own individual login
and pin number to allow them to access and use
this special online facility. Account customers
will be able to place orders 'on account'
directly via the Meditelle website.
● Pro-forma Order
This facility enables you to raise a Pro-Forma
Invoice for you to pass to your finance/accounts
department to raise payment against. This method
of invoicing is to allow payment to be made in
advance against your order requirement prior to
manufacture. Your order will only be activated
once payment is received.
● Internal Purchase Requisition
This
facility allows you to raise an internal
document of your order requirements to pass to
the necessary purchasing/buying department for
them to raise your official purchase order
